These Terms of Service apply to all customers of Panthère Rose ("we", "us", "our"). We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

Products
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product colours may vary slightly due to photography and screen settings — this is especially relevant for faux floral products.

Pricing
All prices are listed in NZD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation are final.

Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. Orders are processed upon receipt of full payment.

Bespoke Orders
Custom and bespoke floral design orders require a deposit or full payment upfront. Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Shipping
We ship to New Zealand, Australia, and the United States. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary. Panthère Rose is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Panthère Rose shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
