The Real Touch Green Bird of Paradise Stem is one of the most architecturally dramatic stems in our collection — and one of the most quietly sophisticated. Unlike the classic orange-and-blue strelitzia, this all-green variety carries its own distinct, understated power: a long, slender dark green stem that rises to a sharply angled boat-shaped spathe in deep forest green, flushed with warm burgundy-purple at the base, from which a crown of narrow, blade-like green petals emerges with the precision and tension of a bird mid-flight. The colour palette is entirely botanical — deep green, olive, chartreuse, and the faintest amber at the petal tips — and it is precisely this restraint that makes it so compelling. It is a stem that commands attention without asking for it.

The petals and spathe are crafted from our signature Real Touch botanical material — a premium, moisture-infused fabric that replicates the waxy, slightly rigid quality of a real strelitzia leaf and petal with extraordinary fidelity. This stem works beautifully as a single dramatic accent in a tall vase, or grouped with two to three stems for a bold, tropical arrangement.
